Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Information in the Possession of Private Parties, its Bylaws and the Notice of Privacy Guidelines (the “Law”), we hereby provide you with the following notice of privacy (the “Notice of Privacy”).

Medina Rivero & Asociados, S.C. (“Medina”), with domicile at Calle Gacela número 17, Piso 1, Supermanzana 20, Manzana 12 in the city of Cancun, Quintana Roo State, is responsible for gathering your personal information for the uses given them and for your protection.

The personal information to which we have access will be used, as required, for: (i) contacting you; (ii) providing the requested legal services; (iii) creating, uploading and keeping your profile up to date in our database; (iv) fulfilling the purpose of the legal relationship that created the need to handle your personal information.

We will collect your information orally, in writing, and/or electronically, and we may require the following information: full name, address, date and place of birth, place of residence, gender, email, landline phone, mobile phone, institution where you studied, grade point average, place where you work or have worked (“Personal Information”).

If you are providing us with Personal Information from third parties, you hereby guarantee and are responsible for the third parties having accepted said exchange. 

At Medina Rivero & Asociados, it is very important for us to have updated information on you. Therefore, you are responsible for the truthfulness of the Personal Information you provide us and also for informing us of any change in said information.

By accepting the terms of this Notice of Privacy, you hereby expressly authorize us to transfer your Personal Information to said third parties, either national or foreign. Any information transfer will be subject to the purposes stated in this Notice of Privacy.

We also inform you that our firm has the physical and electronic support as well as the physical, technical and administrative security policies and measures in place for protecting and limiting the use and disclosure of your personal information.

This Notice of Privacy may be modified from time to time according to legislative updates or in order to implement improvements and/or new security measures. These modifications will be made available on our website at www.medina.com.mx, and/or by any other authorized means.
