Medina Rivero & Asociados, S.C. (“Medina”), with domicile at Calle Gacela número 17, Piso 1, Supermanzana 20, Manzana 12 in the city of Cancun, Quintana Roo State, is responsible for gathering your personal information for the uses given them and for your protection.

At Medina Rivero & Asociados, it is very important for us to have updated information on you. Therefore, you are responsible for the truthfulness of the Personal Information you provide us and also for informing us of any change in said information.

We also inform you that our firm has the physical and electronic support as well as the physical, technical and administrative security policies and measures in place for protecting and limiting the use and disclosure of your personal information.
